Client Reviews.

The Cambria HOA has been using the LotBot system for parking enforcement since November 2017, and we have been very pleased with it, in its ease of use, in Richard Dukes’ responsiveness, and the effectiveness of the system for monitoring parking within the community.
Zandr have built an app that has an easy-to-use interface which allows simple and painless monitoring and altering of towing authorizations, and which provides customized weekly and monthly parking reports.
The LotBot system has made the job of monitoring parking significantly less time consuming, and I would highly recommend it to other community HOAs looking for a simple and effective system for parking monitoring and enforcement.
Please feel free to contact me, the board member in charge parking enforcement, by e-mail (CambriaHOA1@mac.com) if you have any questions.

Encinitas Ranch is a large 500 home master planned community in Encinitas, California.
Over the years our HOA has struggled with vehicles being parked on the streets at night, close to fire hydrants or in fire lanes all of which are violations of a formal Parking Policy that was first adopted in 2007 and then updated in 2016.
Without a doubt on street parking is the most emotional and contentious issue that the community faces.
We have hired and fired a number of security patrol firms to assist the community with parking enforcement since 2007 and all of them did a very poor job in terms on implementing and supporting the parking policy. Enforcement was inaccurate, inconsistent and untimely.
We hired Private Security several years ago and since then we have developed a great relationship and they have supported our parking policy with courtesy, thoroughness, attention to detail and most importantly consistent and accurate reporting.
A suggestion was made in late 2017 to further automate the parking enforcement process so that the security company could cover more of the community during their one parking enforcement patrol during the early morning hours and improve overall efficiency.
We were put in touch with Richard Dukes at Zandr who had developed some software to help address the same issue in his own HOA community.
Richard did a great job of demonstrating the capabilities of the system and we made a decision to integrate his software into the process being followed by Private Security. The benefits of this change were immediate. We found that the security company could cover more of the community during their night time patrol and they were saving a substantial amount of time in issuing citations as it is much more automated and accurate.
Richard has made numerous upgrades to his software which have served to further improve the overall effectiveness of the process at no charge.
He is extremely knowledgeable of HOA’s and parking enforcement.
Richard is extremely responsiveness and offers a great product at a very reasonable cost.
I would highly recommend Richard to other organizations who are faced with similar challenges.
Sincerely,
President, Encinitas Ranch Community Association
